Grading & warranty coverage
Every printer we sell is graded — New / Open-Box, Used, or Damaged / Fixup — and the grade tells you exactly what is covered and what is in the box. The coverage is the same on every marketplace: our website, eBay, Mercari, Etsy, Newegg, Facebook, OfferUp, etc. New and Used units come with a 30-day coverage, and we work to ensure 100% functionality of your 3D printer (see our reviews on eBay, Mercari and Google Maps :)

Essentials vs whistles & bells
Essentials are what the printer needs to print. Whistles & bells are the nice-to-have extras — on pre-owned units they might miss one or ALL.
Damaged / Fixup guarantee
We pair damage for your 2nd unit so you can use one unit as a donor to complete a fully functional unit. We guarantee you make at least 1× fully functional unit out of every purchase of 2 units — or ANY replacement parts are on us.

What the words mean
- *Printing essentials — build plate, vat tank, power supply, Allen wrench (shown in the picture).
- *Whistles & bells — common parts like carbon filters, Wi-Fi antenna, USB drive, manuals, single-use accessories and common household tools like Allen wrenches, scrapers, etc.
Used resin units — FEP first
For used units, FEP sheets must be changed prior to initial printing (not included).
Before your first print — the 2-step inspection (resin)
Please perform this 2-step inspection on resin 3D printers BEFORE the initial printing:
- Light Exposure Test — under Tools > Exposure: the LCD should show the exact image displayed on the touch screen.
- Movement Test — the build plate should move up & down freely, as well as being “homed” without buzzing noise: Tools > Manual > house icon.

What the words mean
- *Setup-Essentials — controller / monitor, power supply, build plate & hardware counts: screws, bolts, nuts — ALL metal components cannot be 3D re-printed by users.
- *Whistles & bells — the “Tools” section in the packing list, like test filament, scraper, wrenches, SD cards, tubes, tools, extra nozzles, manual, and any 3D-printable plastic components (holder, clips, zip ties, buckles, etc.).
